Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How do I place an order?

Fill out our Order Specification Form or email us at JennySmith@TheLoveSack.com and tell us what style Love Sack® you want, the quantity, fabric, color, trim, etc. and we will work up a price for your design.

Within a few days you will receive a Pre-production Design/Cost Email Approval Request which outlines the design parameters and costs.

Once we receive email approval from you of the design and costs, we begin production. Your bag should be ready for shipment within 2 weeks (could be longer depending upon production schedules, uniqueness of design, etc.) You will be notified if there is a significant delay expected.

Once your Love Sack® is completed and we have received payment, your order will be shipped.

What type of payment does The Love Sack® accept?

Currently, The Love Sack® only accepts checks and money orders. In the near future we will accept PayPal and credit cards.

How is my Love Sack® shipped and what is the cost?

We want to be sure that your personally created Love Sack® makes it to you with special care. What better way than the United States Postal Service Priority Mail with confirmation? Shipping rates will be calculated and communicated through our Pre-production Design/Cost Email Approval Request. Please note that merchandise is shipped only after we have received payment.

Can I get a refund or exchange of my Love Sack®?

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted for merchandise that are purchased as in stock items. Custom orders, DYO and sale items are non-refundable/exchangeable.

Refund or exchange requests must be received via email within 48 hours of receipt of your Love Sack® merchandise. Because The Love Sack® uses USPS Priority shipping with confirmation, we are able to determine when your order was delivered to you.

The merchandise must be shipped back to The Love Sack® in perfect, unused condition within 5 calendar days of receiving our email confirming a refund. Shipping costs are not be included in the refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges if the merchandise shows any signs of wear or misuse. Store credit or refund, less shipping costs, will be issued upon examination of the returned merchandise.

Is my peronal information considered private by The Love Sack®?

We take your privacy very seriously. Your personal information is NEVER shared with or sold to anyone, including third parties.

If you receive an email from The Love Sack® and no longer wish to be contacted by us, simply email us and ask to be removed from our mailing list.
